To get an accurate and correct experimental result, a good MODELING is reqiured!
We have run the models and found out:
★ the optimal ratio of enzyme DszA, DszB, DszC and DszD.
★ the optimal concentration of IPTG for best inducing effect.
★ the optimal ratio of oil and water(Po/w) of our mixed reacticon
