- autoclaved 500mL of LB-agar, 500mL of LB with no agar, beaker of centrifuge tubes, miliQ water

Afternoon:

- pour more plates of LB-agar-CAM

- carry out transformation efficiency protocol

- Restriction enzyme digest

Administrative:

- Full inventory of 403 lab (including Dry, Frozen, consumable)
