Collaborate on pest prediction web establishment


1. NCTU provide us with expertise in FTP, web crawling, and the concept in pipeline. They also help Streamline code, making it more readable and understandable. Provide the idea of open source, and we did put our code on github.

2. We first come up with the idea of forecasting web, and write program for web-crawling, data processing, machine learning, FTP uploading and write UI website.

Helped registered iGEM team from high school


We help HSiTAIWAN with expertise on primer construction, PCR, plasmid and taught how to design primer.


Collaborate on conduct social research:
Assessment of transfer effectiveness of gene-technology related information

1. Our team is responsible for survey sheet design, writing research and data collection.

2. HSiTAIWAN first came up with the idea and is responsible for survey design, most of the data collection and check.

Helped registered iGEM team from high school


1. We help each other on running the model. We provided them with modeling expertise, literature values for our models and debugging expertise.

2. Three members of TAS (Justin, Catherine and Yvonne) are members of both NYMU and TAS teams. They worked at NYMU over the summer for the NYMU-Taipei team and are presenting with the team at the Giant Jamboree!

Holding 6 interschool meetup in Taiwan


1. We held a 6 interschool meetup in Taiwan, including TAS, CGU, NCTU, NTHU, NCCU and TU. We have a great day practicing presentation, sharing idea and play World café.

2. Participate in 2016 Asia-Pacific iGEM conference in NCKU.
