Project
In this chapter, you will be taken through the details of the three main parts of the Bacto-Aid project; spidersilk, bacteriocines and bio-degradable plastic (PHB).

Poly-beta-hydroxybutyrate PHB
We give you a thorough description of the project as a whole and in its separate elements and illuminate our motivation for working on Bacto-Aid. Additionally you will get a more detailed insight into the experiments of the project, along with protocols of our laboratory work and last but not least we present the results of those experiments and prove that the concept of Bacto-Aid could work.
