<p id="pp">As part of our project we have developed two intracellular models to describe our systems. Both codes we developed used the same protein production mechanism which takes transcription, translation, degradation, maturation, cell division and polyribosome in to account. These features are built on top of code that keeps track of the amount of E. Coli and its respective mRNA. This code was made independently by two members of our team giving the same results for a specific set of parameters and assumptions and could be independently checked and verified. </p>
