This diagnostic process can be expedited with synthetic biological tools that sense the following molecular markers in endometrial biopsy samples.

We've successfully created new, hormone-inducible mammalian promoters,
characterized miRNA sensors in a model cell line under varying estrogen conditions,
and tested the functionality of a serine integrase (TP901) in a mammalian line.
