LABS: OVERVIEW

Our project was varied and involved working with two different chassis - Pichia pastoris and Escherichia coli. We also used Streptococcus mutans and a Lentiviral vector in our experiments. We performed a number of assays to test ([add: oxidative stress, ???]) in different environmental conditions.

In summary, we have characterized:

-[add experiment 1 (SPY GFP?)], showing [add an overall result]

-[add experiment 2 (lycopene?)], showing [add an overall result]

-[add experiment 3 (lube?)], showing [add an overall result]

Below are six sections outlining individual experiments we performed, and our results.

[Add image with links for the 6 sections]

As well as working in the lab, we have developed two computational models [add what they were], showing [add results].

Details of our protocols, along with a list of materials and equipment, can be found in our [[Protocols] add link] page.
