1. Preparation of Ultra-competent cells using Inoue method.

We prepared ultra competent cells using Inoue buffer method. Unfortunately we couldn't flash freeze them in nitrogen immediately, so we had to do it the next day. Thankfully, transformation efficiency was still high when we checked two days later with the transformation efficiency kit. We also plated 4 biobricks from the kits plates: BBa_I13401, BBa_J04450, BBa_J04650 and BBa_K1218011.
