Also, a GFP was taken out of the iGEM kit plate 1 2015, 14F(BBa_K577881). The strain that was used  is C.C  DH5-alpha of the day August 4th.</h3>

We tested our antibiotics: ampicillin, kanamycin, chloramphenicol with our PLYS and Shuffle bacterias
