                           <p >Not only human practice, but we have also done marvellous <strong>modelling</strong> work. Even Nemo showed extraordinary admiration for modelling group! Our modelling mainly consists of three parts. One of them models the chemical reaction in the system to show the effect of GdnHCl and heat shock on the expression level of final product, which is replaced and thus indicated by GFP level in our project; the second part focuses on binding reactions intermediated by prion, which is just sup35 in our experiment. Each part includes two gene circuits, binding of AD and BD of promoters, and binding of GFP1-10 and GFP11, two GFP splits. The last part models the application of our products in hardware. And we have opened our codes, so you can see how brilliant our modelling work is more directly!</p>

                          <p >As the mascot of iGEM USTC TEAM, I have been quite busy in the last few months. I would show up every time our team carried out human practice, so you can imagine how much we have done. We held a poster presentation and survey at the beginning; designed a simple experiment for kids to help them get hands on biology; and we recycled massive plastic and sent out plants in "Plastic for Plants". A lecture for high school students let them know something about synthetic biology and the introduction of iGEM to freshmen let them know this contest. We got Sup35 and professional advice from consulting Dr. Dong Men, meanwhile The 4rd iGEM Competition Asia Conference in Taiwan and communicating with Team HFUT made us know what other teams were doing. Last but not least, a questionnaire helped us a lot to know public's attitudes and gain more suggestions. Exhausted, nevertheless I am delighted!</p>

                          <p >As an old Chinese saying goes, "Forefathers plant trees and posterity enjoys the shade." We have conquered so many barriers during building our circuits to accomplish our project, so that we would like to share some useful parts given that the latter teams can get hands on them to save valuable time. We created three basic parts, functioning as scaffolds and messagers; and six composite parts to test the fluorescence intensity in different situations and the aggregation ability of SUP35.
