  • Gel screen of pET28a
    • 5 μL SybrSafe (Mistake. Should have added 3 μL.)
    • 6 μL 1kb ladder + 3 μL 6X purple loading dye
    • In each sample, 1 μL 6X purple loading dye + 5 μL DNA

      • Size of pet28a: 5369 bases

    • PCR purification of pET28a: Conc: 120.3 ng/μL, 260/280: 1.87, 260/230: 1.83
