Nore that 1 and 2 were used to denote the O/N cultures that were in the fridge, as their labels had worn off

Made O/N cultures (5ml) of the remainder for further miniprep
●
Made O/N cultures from the transformants from the previous day. SG was unsuccessful, therefore it was transformed once more
●
Made aliquots of nf H20
●
Made more LB + CAM plates
