Miniprepped cultures made yesterday (as well as LacZ from the day before):

Miniprep - August 31st

Nore that 1 and 2 were used to denote the O/N cultures that were in the fridge, as their labels had worn off

Made O/N cultures (5ml) of the remainder for further miniprep

●

Made O/N cultures from the transformants from the previous day. SG was unsuccessful, therefore it was transformed once more

●

Made aliquots of nf H20

●

Made more LB + CAM plates

Talked to Kayla, she promised to send us the junk DNA for our LacZ omega construct
