#Demonstrate

The success of the Long GolS P118A (BBa_K2048002) and Long GolS (BBa_K2048001) constructs working in our assays as well as showing that a single amino acid modification successful made GolS specific to copper, the construct can be used as a biosensor to detect if aqueous gold is in a sample up to 1\muM.
