XJTLU-CHINA is greatly qualified for this prize. Particularly, about 1000 kids attended our road show at Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. We are highly appreciated by their parents for inviting novel approaches to inspire their children in scientific areas. Furthermore, our members are delicately designed serial popular lectures related to neuroscience, genetics and synthetic biology adjusted to high school students at Guangya Middle School. During the International STEM festival, people who attended our demonstration are from different ages. In particular, local senior citizens in Suzhou showed great curiosity to mutagenesis project. Their perception is cleared with our vivid examples. Significantly, we met leaders in Ministry of Education in China as well as Jo Johnson MP, the United Kingdom Minister for Universities and Science. We shared ideas with them on public policy issues for current scientific subjects as well as the promotion of STEM subjects from undergraduate perspective.
