The good product is a product that has a good benefit for surrounding people and got no negative effect on surrounding environment. Considering about biosafety, TCU_TAIWAN who have already known for its environmental carrying, want to keep this tradition to always pay attention to the environment. Tzu Chi University was build base on Master Cheng Yen initiation, The Buddhist nun who always care for the people and environment. Her point of view has been stuck to TCU_TAIWAN iGEM teams since the first time Tzu Chi University joining the iGEM competition in 2013. Here’s some question that may be asked for our Biosafety. 1.Is E.coli BL21 is safe for our environment? Chromo Diabetector composed by BL21, Base on the website that we have already found from the reliable source, it says that BL21 is safe for the environment. |

2.Is dh5alpha is safe for our environment? Base on the website that we have found, it says that dh5alpha does not cause any disease in the healthy adult human. |

| In our lab, every wasted material which contains this two kind bacteria will be stored inside of the wasted material trash, then it will be handed off to the ministry of environment to be handled for the next step so that it can be released to the environment. | |
