Collaboration on pest prediction website establishment 1. NCTU provided us with expertise in FTP, web crawling, and the concept in pipeline. They also help Streamline our codes, making it easier to understand. After the website's completion, we uploaded our code to github due to the suggestion of our NCTU collaborators. 2. We initially came up with the idea of a forecasting web, and wrote programs for web-crawling, data processing, machine learning, FTP uploading, and the website's UI. |

Helped registered iGEM team from high school We help HSiTAIWAN with primer, PCR, and plasmid design. Collaborate on societal research: 1. Our team was responsible for survey sheet design, report writing, and a portion of data collection. 2. HSiTAIWAN came up with the initial outlines of this research and was responsible for survey design, most of the data collection, and data fidelity checks. |

Helped registered iGEM team from high school 1. We help each other on running the model. We provided them with modeling, literature values for our models and debugging. 2. Three TAS students (Justin, Catherine and Yvonne) are members of both NYMU and TAS teams. They worked at NYMU with us over the summer and will be giving our project's presentation our the team at the Giant Jamboree! 3. TAS help us check a device. |

6-school interschool meetup at NYMU, Taipei, Taiwan 1. We held a 6-school, including TAS, CGU, NCTU, NTHU, NCCU and TU, interschool meetup in Taiwan. We had a great day practicing presentation, sharing ideas, and playing World café. 2. Participated in the 2016 Asia-Pacific iGEM conference in NCKU. |
