- pick for overnight cultures
- Checked pSB1C3-Cas9 ligation plates
- pick for overnight cultures
- Check overnight cultures from Tuesday (gRNA + Cas9 cotransformation)
- Didn’t grow
- Made two more from the plate with lots of colonies
- Other plate only has one colony left so we’re growing it up on the plate in the incubator for now
