All teams must fill out a Judging Form! Judges use the form to evaluate a team for prizes and awards.

Head to your team information page and click on the Judging Form link at the top.

The Final Safety Form is a comprehensive safety review of your project, and it must be signed by an Instructor or Primary Contact of your team.
