Human Practices - Introduction

This year, the HKUST iGEM team focused on designing a synthetic biology product - an application of the tri-stable switch which is useful for the public. We have done research and consultations through interviews with experts in the synthetic biology field to help polish our product design. Other areas that we have worked on this summer include: education through teaching secondary school students, exploring on intellectual property right policies and assisting other iGEM teams in plan-making.
