- Comparison of food preservation effect of geraniol ,farnesol and ethanol.
Coating the suspension of mold in bread, it was easier to mold. Put the bread and cotton soaked geraniol(100µl) in a box of plastic, were separated so as not to directly touch. Farnesol and ethanol were also carried out the same experiment.
