We did an experiment that the effect of suppressing the mold by geraniol and farnesol to improve the performance of FLAVORATOR.

Comparison of food preservation effect of geraniol ,farnesol and ethanol

Coating the suspension of mold in bread, it was easier to mold.Put the bread and cotton soaked geraniol(100µl) in a box of plastic, were separated so as not to directly touch.Farnesol and ethanol were also carried out the same experiment.
