This year our iGEM team implemented a trans-atlantic collaboration with a team from Lethbridge, Canada. Our joined attempt was to determine the evolutionary trajectory of killswitches. While we were contributing the modelling part our colleagues in Canada provided us with verification for obtained data. To help them out we had also the necessary genes for the MazF killswitch synthesized and shipped. The results of this joint project can be found in our modelling section. We are hoping that this fruitful collaboroation will continue.

Collaboration: Theory and Experiment

This year our iGEM team implemented a trans-atlantic collaboration with the iGEM team 2016 from Lethbridge, Canada. Our joined attempt was to determine the evolutionary stability of kill switches from both, theoretical and experimental side.
