June 22nd 2016

Components for our 'lightbulb' device were researched and we tried to prototype some some BioBricks using the online CAD program Benchling.

June 23rd 2016

We continued our training in modelling BioBricks. Our "killer" BioBrick construct was finalised by the end of the day.

June 24th 2016

We all went to the library and double-checked our BioBrick design that we created using Benchling. Once we had agreed on the design, we met up with our supervisor Jem to verify that the DNA files was ready to be sent off for synthesis.
