We presented workshops on DNA, synthetic biology, and bioethics to a number of middle school and high school groups, and introduced them to different, interesting, topic-related experiments (such as DNA extraction and using micropipettes), and discussed safety and related ethical issues.

We reached out via the community board and directly to any teams interested in TX-TL, which we performed successfully for the William and Mary team.
We hosted or attended five physical and virtual meet-ups to discuss each other's projects and help each other out.
We also maintained a twitter account to report our progress and outreach.
