Throughout the course of the project, we considered various factors and met with experts to better understand kombucha and our project. Click on the links below to learn more.
For the gold medal requirement, we met with Greg Goodman, founder of a local kombucha company and discussed our project with him.
For the integrated practices requirement we used insight from Greg Goodman, founder of a local kombucha company, and applied it to our project.
