OVERVIEW

  • CRFAT (Community-based Retro-synthetic Analysis Functional plaTform) is a integrated software for crafting synthetic

  • biological system from design, validation to share. CRAFT has three functional parts, CRAFT Designer, CRAFT

  • Square and Satellite.

  • CRAFT Designer follows the concept of evolution, in which users can customize their synthetic biological system

  • based on their restrictions including the background environment, simulating natural selection pressure. CRAFT Designer
