SYSU-Software:Project

ABSTRACT

  • CRFAT (Community-based Retro-synthetic Analysis Functional plaTform) is an integrated software for

  • crafting synthetic biological system from design, validation to share. CRAFT has three functional parts, CRAFT

  • Designer, CRAFT Square and Satellite. CRAFT Designer follows the concept of evolution, in which users

  • can customize their synthetic biological system based on their restrictions including the background environment,

  • simulating natural selection pressure. CRAFT Designer also provides users with standard protocol. It refers to
