We carried out these activities as follows to let people know synthetic biology and iGEM activities.
With the less-known iGEM activity we are facing from survey conducted last year, it is difficult to develop iGEM. We want to let more broad range of people know iGEM and synthetic biology.
This year, we broadcasted a talk about synthetic biology and iGEM toward people in Japan and Indonesia on Radio PPI Jepang and wrote an instruction about iGEM for school news letter called “Gakunavi.” in addition to a work shop in Universal Festival and a lecture for high school students as usual.
We believe many students interested in iGEM and want to be iGEMer.
