Experimental drugs: PCR products, Pst1restriction enzyme,10×buffer solution, ddH2O
Procedure:

enzyme cleavage:configuration
PCR products (DNA) 5 μl 10×buffer solution 10 μl Pst1restriction enzyme 0.8μl ddH2O 84.2 μl -
electrophoresis
Take out 5μ DNA after enzyme cleavage to electrophoresis.
