Attributions
There are different operators in every part of our project in the following. Some of them have already done very well, so we specially add their email address behind their name in case of readrs' need. Specific contents as follows:
1. Team construction and management
Team leader Jiamin Li(359673713@qq.com) constructed the SCAU-iGEM team with the help of honorary header and she was in charge of all the work.
Shuwen Chen(865420439@qq.com) is responsible for record of meeting attendance and message announcement. Xin Lu(409859596@qq.com) is responsible for team materials and fees.
2. Wetlab work
Jiamin Li(359673713@qq.com), as the general experiment leader, takes charge of transformation and detection as well as Chaojun Cui(2809891818@qq.com), Runzhao Zhang(1564917025@qq.com).
Junyu Chen(845134917@qq.com) and Xiangyu Guo(577931563@qq.com) are in charge of constructing vectors.
Jiangbang Lin(946413967@qq.com) has done the work about detection and safety.
3. Design
Rong Wang (741031805@qq.com): Rong Wang is the general leader of the design part, taking part in the design and making of our team clothing, posters, wiki, team logo and the video.
Ying Li（512301993@qq.com): Ying Li contrubutes to the design and making of our team clothing, posters, website and the video.
Biyao Tang(2329569909@qq.com): Biyao Tang designs the posters and wiki.
Yunping Lin(1051077794@qq.com): Yunping Lin is one of the designers of our wiki.
Xiangyu Guo(577931563@qq.com): As our team photographer, Xiangyu Guo is responsible for taking and collecting pictures so as to record the track of our activities.
4. Wiki
This part was completed by all the team members. Shuwen Chen（865420439@qq.com), Xiangyu Guo（577931563@qq.com）Jiamin Li (359673713@qq.com)and Xuecheng Li（1370279310@qq.com) worked together to accomplished the translation work.
5. Human Practices
Xin Lu(409859596@qq.com) is the general leader of this part and she is responsible for organising all sorts of social activities.
Shangjie Zou(965456487@qq.com) makes plans and organizes some educational and entrepreneurial activities.
6. Modeling
This part is finished by both Junjie Huang(928100922@qq.com)and Yunping Lin(1051077794@qq.com).

We are grateful to Weike Li and Dongchang Zeng, who help us to set-up a team and to construct parts at the beginning of our project. Our project was supported by grants from the Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, the College of Life Sciences, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Student Affairs, the Youth League Committee of SCAU.
2. Lab support
Our project was mainly conducted in State Key Laboratory for Conservation and Utilization of Subtropical Agro-bioresources (SKL-CUSA). This laboratory is a leading research unit focusing on molecular mechanisms of rice sterility and rice genetic engineering. The SKL-CUSA is a P1 laboratory with advanced machines, mature methods and strict safety regulations. Therefore, we can access good facilities for molecular manipulation, rice transformation and finish the experiments smoothly.
3. Human practices support
During the human practices, we received many help and assistances from people and organizations, such as the Youth League Committee of the College of Life Sciences for the Laboratory Open Day, the Youth League Committee of SCAU for Bauhinia Scientific & Cultural Festival, Sun Yat-sen University and Peking University for iGEM gathering, the No.47 High School and Wangwu Primary School for education courses of Biology.
