- PCR amplified slr0168 and pSB1C3(8 rxns each)
- Ran PCR results on a 1% gel
5/30/16:
- Digested C0061 with XbaI and SpeI for 3 hours
- Ran PCR results on a 1.5% gel
- Used Infusion Cloning on the Q1 and Q2 block and then transformed into Stellar cells
5/31/16:
- Colony PCR performed on 7 Q block transformed from the 30th using Phusion
