Electroporation
1µL diluted (1:3) product was added to 50µL competent cells and put into an electric cuvette which was then pulsed [1mm/1800V/25uf/200Ώ].
500µL of warmed LB broth was added and mixed gently by pipetting up and down.
Contents were transferred to a fresh tube and incubated in a warm room under agitation for one hour.
