Engineer group owns powerful programming skills and assume the responsibility of developing software. They cooperate with each other to break away from the difficulties. Especially in the late stage of development, they must constantly correct and improve the software.

Dongkai Pu, I am a junior student majoring in Biotechnology, as the group leader of Bio101, I design software with my partners to encode files into DNA sequence and decode DNA sequence to original file. iGEM gives me a chance to write a web-based software earnestly and I enjoy it. This is my first time to take part in an international competition, I hope I can handle it and write a useful website in the biology field.

Jianwei Xu, I’m a junior student majoring in biomedical engineering, make my attribution in coding and designing the web-page. I’m fond of playing basketball, travelling and riding. iGEM brings me team spirit and more knowledge about synthetic biology which I will cherish all along. On my view, synthetic biology improves people’s living quality greatly at present and in the future, I just want to contribute my efforts to promote it. And my dream is WORLD PEACE!

Jun Li, a junior from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. My major is Biomedical Engineering. I like typing the code, therefore my duty is to design an algorithm to achieve storing files by DNA. iGEM helps me make more friends who have the same interests as me, and improve my ability to design some software. I will be extremely happy, if people could live better because of our softwares in the future.

Meng Liu, I’m a senior student majoring in biomedical engineering, and my responsible work is coding and analyzing. As a 21-year-old youth, I love reading, seeing movies, traveling. iGEM makes my professional knowledge become practice and software that can be visual. I can gradually foresee that how changeable that synthetic biology will be to our life. Let me and my teammates try for this and expect for this together.

Art designer is responsible for the design of our wiki, poster, presentation，team sign and uniforms. They have done plenty of beautification work, which makes our work to be accepted more easily. It is their unremitting work that made our project to be presented in such an elegant way.

Xin Ma, a junior majoring in biomedical engineering, my main responsibility is writing mobile game bio2048 and some background programs. Besides, art designing is also my division of labour. After attending the iGEM, I understood more about what persistence was. And I think that with our persistence and resolution, we can complete the difficult task. There are a lot of articles about what is college. For me, college life is where I can do what I am interested in. Fortunately, participating in the iGEM competition is a part of my college.

Zining Wu, I’m a junior student majoring in biomedical engineering, art designing and some background programs are my main task. I am a girl loves sport like table tennis, also, I always do some art designing, that is, work is hobby. In our work, my ability of reading English literature has been raised. In addition, I learned a new programming language which was really meaningful for me. Establishing international perspective and enhancing my analytical skills are what I want and appreciate for.

Haobo Zhou, I’m a junior majoring in biomedical engineering, and also a crazy fan for basketball. I\m in charge of designing our wiki and reading literature. This is my first time to work with so many teammates in a group, that means challenges as well as opportunities. Our project is fun and everything goes well. Hope we can get a good result in 2016 iGEM jamboree!

Scientist group tries to construct the state array and use FSP algorithm to simulate and predict the behavior of gene circuit. They gather and clear up those models and gene circuits ever appeared in iGEM projects, improve the method to make the prediction of genetic circuit more accurate.

Wei Zhao, I’m a junior student majoring in biomedical engineering from UESTC and make my attribution in modeling as a scientist. iGEM is an amazing competition, I am deeply attracted to it. In the group, I have learned teamwork and more knowledge about synthetic biology. In the future, synthetic biology will make a great contribution to human beings. I am fond of keeping running. And my dream is to run my efforts to promote it!

My name is Chenxiang Zheng, a junior majoring in biotechnology, and I am the group leader of the Scientist Group. My favorite spare time activity is reading novels, feeling the emotion of the characters. Taking part in the 2016 iGEM, I am always learning a lot of things, the best wealth I gained are enthusiasm and responsibility. And I will remember this summer clearly although time goes by, because the outstanding partners together with me make me feel the power all the way.

Hello, everyone! I’m a junior at UESTC and a Biomedical Engineering major, Hao Xu. As the team leader, I am responsible for the contact with instructors and advisors, also, team management and algorithm analysis is my jobs as well. By taking part in iGEM competition, I have a deeper understanding of the research related to the synthetic biology and establish interest on it. I enjoy traveling alone in my free time, during which I can gain a lot of experiences and friends. Actually, my dream is to read more and to travel further.

Caixi Xi, I’m a junior student majoring in Bio-technology. I am a planner for human practice and a scientist. There are a lot of things that I like to do in my spare time, like dancing, skiing, listening to music, reading novels and so on. As for IGEM, I feel that it lets me apply theoretical knowledge which we learn to practice and gives me a chance to take part in an international competition. I will try my best to prepare for the competition and hope our team will win a good reputation.

Zhongtian Ma, I’m a junior majoring in biomedical engineering, and play a role in scientist groups in our team. In my daily life, my hobbies are eating, sleeping, and playing well. If you ask me that why I take part in the competition, that is, making myself involved in the game process can add research experience. What’s more, I want to try best in a field that I never touched before, extract my potential.

The editors’ daily tasks are filing all kinds of documents. Work of Editor group is extremely trivial but important, which insights into the whole team’s progress. The final summaries of every group converge here, which we spare no efforts to amend and perfect.

Yuening Yan, I’m a junior student majoring in biomedical engineering, and I try best to document our team and read literature. For me, iGEM is a goal, and is also a direction that I make effect. I learn cooperation, learn knowledge, learn how to and why to do a thing, learn how cherished my friendship is. My spare time is colorful, reading, writing, listening to music and hiking can make my life colorful.That is me, and best wished to our iGEM.

Hui Che, I’m a junior majoring in biomedical engineering. As head of the Wiki group, I am responsible for the contents of the collation and writing, style design and doing some art designing. Reading，welding circuit board are important parts of my life. From the start of the school tournament, I contacted the synthetic biology, read the literature and grasp the knowledge in this area gradually. In the competition, I can promote myself in the terms of methods to solve problems, improvement of ability, spirit of scientific and research papers.
