The iGEMers of XMU-China are responsible for all the iGEM work this year, which includes idea, lab work, wiki and paperwork and so on. And also, we communited and collaborated with many iGEM team this year. All the work did by our team members and help received from advisors and others is shown below.

1. Idea

Date back to Nov. 2015, we have held many brainstorms meeting, which all members have participated in. Finally we came to the E.coli soldiers. All members have contributed to our project design. Also, advisors and instructors have given us some important advice about the project.

2. Project

The lab work started in May 2016.

(1) Circuit construction (undergraduate)

We ordered that all team members should take part in the gene circuit construction. However, lab work is not an easy work, and we have other important part of the competition, such as Wiki, interlab and human practice, should be done. Yawen Jiang, Renwei Liu, Ziteng Liang, Jinyu Wang, Yuling Li, Shijia Qi, Wei Guo, Zeyue Gao, Jiajin Yan and Yihang Zhou are major in the circuit construction.

(2) Characterization (undergraduate)

Characterization also carried out by undergraduate iGEMers totally. And the advisors and instructors just gave some suggestions and technical guidance.

(3) Interlab (undergraduate)

The interlab study was done by Zeyue Gao.

(4) Improve a previous parts or project (undergraduate)

We base this part on the project did by WHU in 2014, which was carried out by Rengwei Liu, Yuan Zhao, Bing Chen and YunPeng Bi. (This is not our major project)

(5) Collaboration

We base this part on the project did by WHU in 2014, which was carried out by Rengwei Liu, Yuan Zhao, Bing Chen and YunPeng Bi. (This is not our major project)
