Enzyme cleavage

Place:Biology Experiment Teaching Center Of Sun Yat-sen University

Experimental drugs: PCR products, Bsa1 restriction enzyme,Pst1restriction enzyme,Ecor1 restriction enzyme,Not1 restriction enzyme,10×buffer solution, ddH2O

Procedure:

  1. enzyme cleavage:configuration
    PCR products (DNA) 5 μl
    10×buffer solution 10 μl
    Pst1restriction enzyme 0.8μl
    ddH2O 84.2 μl
    Blending, keeping in 37℃ for 1.5-3h
  2. electrophoresis
    Take out 5μ DNA after enzyme cleavage to electrophoresis.
