The InterLab Study is a collaboration among iGEM teams worldwide to standardize fluroescence readings into absolute units. Read more about the 2016 InterLab Study here. We used a plate reader to measure fluorescence and followed the Plate Reader Protocol from iGEM. Take a look at the data we collected.
