Cyclebow

A Colourful Family Tree Of Stem Cells.

Shedding light into stem cell therapy

Project

Using recombinases and fluorescences, we made cells change color when undergoing different numbers of cell cycles. As our cells can shine like a rainbow, we named it cyclebow.

Results

We constructed our three circuits, did necessary basic tests, and constructed Cyclebow in cells.
